Village Happenings!

We’re looking ahead at The Village at FlatIron Crossing. Right now, we are in the final stages to refine The Village so it becomes an even more attractive retail, dining and entertainment focus for FlatIron Crossing.We’re anxious to share detailed plans as soon as we’re able – in the meantime, we’re making progress in improving this important property.

When FlatIron Crossing was built in 2000, The Village was the first of its kind – an outdoor element designed to complement a traditional indoor shopping center. Since then, the industry and our company have learned a great deal about how to maximize outdoor retail and entertainment spaces. We want to bring some of this new thinking to The Village.

During this time of finalizing our retailer mix continues to evolve and several stores have, indeed, decided to relocate from The Village. We want to reiterate that many of these changes are, in part, linked to a collective vision we have for the property. We are collaborating with the City of Broomfield and other partners about our vision to revitalize and remerchandise The Village, and we’re excited to be reviewing market demand for new, compelling uses for this part of FlatIron Crossing.

We look forward to sharing news about potential refinements to The Village shopping environment later this year. In the meantime, we welcome your comments and questions as we look ahead at FlatIron Crossing. As always, we appreciate our relationship with you.

Contribution Requests

Each year, FlatIron Crossing will contribute a preset amount of funds in the form of FlatIron Crossing One Great Gift Cards, merchandise and use of property to a diverse group of organizations. Hundreds of requests are anticipated each year. Donation recipients may include civil organizations, education programs, food banks, foundations, hospitals and healthcare organizations, youth programs, performing arts and museums, and many more. Each request is reviewed carefully. However, not all requests can be granted. Please submit your request to:

Request date
Name of organization
A description of how the gift will be used The date the donation is needed

Birthday Parties at FlatIron Crossing

Celebrate your birthday or other event at FlatIron Crossing! You may reserve Food Court tables for your party, up to 25 people, during limited times Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday.

Add a Build-a-Bear or Doc Popcorn party to top off the special event!
To reserve your place, please fill out the

Get FIT Mommy Stroller Fusion Class

Get FIT Mommy offers a Stroller Fusion Class- a 90 minute total body shaping and fitness workout. Moms get a workout while their babies/toddlers have a fun ride in the stroller!

Classes are held Monday-Friday, 8:30-10 a.m.
Your first class is free!

What to bring:
-Baby stroller (any kind, does not need to be a jogging stroller) and baby carrier (optional)
-Beach towel/yoga mat
-Plenty of water & suncreen
-And don't forget baby!
