Store Manager: 2-5 years of retail management experience. Excellent ability to train, recruit and motivate staff. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to organize and prioritize work.

Co-Managers / Assistant Managers: 1-3 years of retail management experience. Excellent ability to train, recruit and motivate staff. Assist Store Manager in creating and promoting a friendly, professional environment. Strong interpersonal skill. Must be able to organize & prioritize work.

Visual Merchandisers: 2 + years of Visual Merchandising experience in a retail setting. Knowledge of colors, patterns and mannequin styling. Able to forecast trends. Knowledge of floor sets and plannograms

J. Jill is looking for high energy, outgoing individuals (with a passion for J.Jill!) to fill part-time sales associate positions at the FlatIron Crossing location.  Position offers flexible scheduling 10-15 hrs per week, a fun work environment and a great associate discount.  Must be available to work nights/weekends.
